This Privacy Policy explains how MGC CXO Enterprises Private Limited (“Siano”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

• Enquiry details: your name, business name, work email, phone number, industry, the business areas you select, and the requirements you describe.
• Account details: for clients, the email or mobile number used to sign in, and sign-in activity.
• Website usage: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and the page that referred you.
• Communications: messages you send us and our replies.

03How we use it

• Review your enquiry and contact you about a proposed approach.
• Provide, secure and improve our services and client workspace.
• Send service updates, reports and approval requests to clients.
• Meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

04Client business data

When we deliver services, our agents may process data in systems you authorise, such as customer messages or records. We process that data only to perform the agreed work, under your instructions and the controls in your Agreement.

05Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Siano (for example hosting, communication and AI model providers), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside India, with appropriate safeguards.

06Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client data for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law. We then delete or anonymise it.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No system is completely secure, so please contact us if you believe your data has been affected.

08Your rights

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to erase it, where we no longer need it.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Raise a grievance and, if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.
