These terms explain how Siano’s website and managed AI workforce services work, and what we each agree to when you work with us.
01About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Siano website and the managed AI workforce services provided by MGC CXO Enterprises Private Limited (“Siano”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Siano on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
02Our services
Siano provides a managed service in which AI agents, supported by our team, carry out agreed business activities on your behalf. The specific scope, activities, tools and deliverables for your business are set out in a proposal or agreement we agree with you in writing (“Agreement”).
Where an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement takes priority.
03Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We review each enquiry and may propose an approach, ask for more information, or decline work that we cannot deliver responsibly.
Examples, demonstrations and workflows shown on our website are illustrative and do not guarantee that a particular activity is available for your business.
04Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business and requirements.
- Grant only the access needed for the agreed work, and keep your own account credentials secure.
- Review and respond to approval requests within a reasonable time.
- Make sure your instructions, content and data comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
05Access to your systems and data
Our agents only access the systems, tools and information you authorise for the agreed scope. You can change or withdraw access at any time, which may affect our ability to deliver the work.

06Human oversight and approvals
Agents act within the permissions and rules agreed with you. Activities you mark as requiring approval, and exceptions our agents cannot resolve, are referred to a person.
Siano does not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and our agents do not make regulated professional decisions on your behalf. Final decisions on such matters remain yours.
07Fees and payment
Fees, billing terms and any setup charges are set out in your Agreement. Unless the Agreement says otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on them, and applicable taxes are additional.
08Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your data, content and materials. Subject to payment, deliverables created specifically for you under an Agreement belong to you.
Siano keeps ownership of its platform, methods, agent configurations, know-how and website content. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
09Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
10Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in delivering the services. To the extent permitted by law, Siano is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under an Agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the services in the three months before the claim arose, unless the Agreement states otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11Suspension and termination
Either party may end an Agreement in line with its notice terms. We may suspend services if fees are unpaid, if continuing would breach law, or if access is used in a way that puts systems or people at risk.
On termination, we stop agent activity, return or delete your data as agreed, and you pay for work completed up to that point.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any dispute-resolution process set out in your Agreement.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes affecting active clients, notify you in advance.
